Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be notified 14 days prior to arrival. 50% payment is required at the time of reservation and the balance 14 days prior to arrival. Mount Havana reserves the right to release rooms that are not paid for by this date, without notice.
Payments: Full payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival.
